Ingredients: Organic Green Tea, Organic White Tea, Organic Currants, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Rosehips, Organic Elderberries, Organic Orange Peel Organic Apple Pieces, Organic Safflower, Natural Pear, Cherry and Pomegranate Flavor.
Because both Green and White Tea is used for this blend the steeping temperature is good at 185 degrees. 1-3 minutes should do nicely. I liked it steeped at 3 minutes but I enjoy a stronger tasting tea. I use the tea bag all day long in our 20 oz tumbler. The tea bags are made for 20 oz tumblers. We use 3 teaspoons per bag instead of a single tea spoon which is normally used.
