Description
This tumbler has been created in loving memory of Levi McConnell. 20 oz tumbler keeps hot things hot and cold things cold. We love personalizing great things for all the kids we have the privilege of telling their story. This quirky cup makes for a great gift, or just a reminder to laugh and always hold onto hope.
Say My Name - Levi McConnell
Levi was given the nickname ‘The Conqueror’ from an early age because he lived his brief but spectacular life fearessly. He was born into an Air Force family on September 16th and like all Military kids, he was incredibly resilient, rolling with the punches that the Military lifestyle threw at him.
Before his diagnosis and fight with a Diffuse Midline Glioma in July of 2020 at 11 years old, he was a gift to his family and anyone who knew him. For an 11 year old boy, he had an unsurpassed emotional intelligence. He exemplified the attributes of gratitude, bravery, humility, humor and kindness. He loved going to the gym. He loved his dog. He loved being a dancer, performing all over Colorado with his dance group, Manava o Polynesia and being surrounded by his Hula Brothers and Sisters.
He loved his Legos, taking pride in his displays. He loved being a broth- er to 3 sisters. He just loved. He spoke everyone’s love language, fluently and loudly. And he had a radical hope. When explained that there was no cure, he always said “Not Yet”. He had Conquered this life and the cancer that tried to take away his grit and spirit on 28 September 2021 in the arms of his parents.
With broken hearts, we try to live his legacy and provide resiliency skillsets that carried us through this journey to other families.
A hui hou my Kekoa o na Lanakila (until we meet again Victorious Warrior). We will continue to CONQUER.
