Description
This coffee is grown high in the central Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. The high altitude volcanic soil produces a clean and very bright flavor. This coffee's bright sharp notes jump off the medium body with a quick finish.
Ezekiel was a good, loving, respectful and fair boy. He loved Star Wars, making jokes, food (he called himself “the food lover“).
He loved baseball, he was second base...played until one week before diagnosed. He never did anything wrong, his motto “Always Do The Right Thing”.
He loved history, he was very smart... he loved, he was passionate about reading so much that instead of ask- ing me for a game for his 11th birthday, he asked me for books... he said reading was like living many lives, it was magical. He dreamed of having a house with a big library in it and of traveling the world. Ezekiel wanted to teach English so that they could read and live many lives.
In the summer of 2018, Ezekiel fought hard against DIPG. Ezekiel was a believer. He introduced his family to God. The bible was his favorite book. He believed that God is Love. His faith was so strong. One day in the hospital, with his Pastors he said... “ God, I don’t want to go.. but may your will be done.” Ezekiel decided he didn’t want to have any more treatment, that he was tired. He told his Mom, “Mom, respect me I have dignity, I love you”.
Ezekiel is held in his family’s heart and mind every day. They will always miss him and can’t wait to hear his voice, see his smile again.
