Even before adding cream to the coffee the flavor explodes with excitement! The flavoring isn't to heavy or overwhelming yet, it's powerful.
Making this coffee a cold brew in the midst of the summer was a huge hit. I was curious to see if the flavor would be successful then so we decided to try it. I decided to add the cold brew to our list of options.
This creamy blend has the perfect amount of peppermint, mocha and then dark chocolate to make any day feel better. There is no need for sugar. No need for creamer. The medium roast coffee stands well on its own.
In testing we had fun doing all sorts of things from stirring with peppermint sticks to peppermint sprinkles on top of whipping cream. When adding the cream, we liked half and half the best. For sweeteners honey was the top rated. I have to agree.
I hope you love this coffee and tell Elliot's story often. We love our kids, they are worth fighting for.
